43,000 participants are expected at the COP21, where delegates from over 190 countries will meet to negotiate a legally binding agreement to reduce global greenhouse gas emissions.

The study finds evidence that climatic variability is increasing with a demonstrable trend towards drying and warming, especially in the rainy period.
